We understand that unexpected things can come up and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
